STAFF

Pastor Don has been serving at First Park since May of 1992. His joy and passion is planning corporate worship and leading others in worshiping together, as well as leading others to sing the gospel to the unreached. Don holds a Bachelor of Music from Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee OK and a Master of Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. Don and his wife, Jan met while students at OBU and serve closely together in the music ministry and missions. They have two sons, Mark and Andrew (and his wife Lisa), and a daughter, Jessica (and her husband Jacob).

Jimmy has been serving in First Park's youth ministry since January 2018 and joined the First Park staff in March of 2023. Jimmy and Katherine met at OBU in Greek class, got married, and have two children, Karis and Theodore. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, OK, and is working towards a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina. 

Robin joined the First Park staff in November of 2017. She is married to Todd and they have one daughter, Emma. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching Emma play volleyball. Robin loves working with preschool children and teaching them about the love of Jesus. 

Joy has been on staff at First Park since January 2015. Her family moved here from Wichita, Kansas in the fall of 2014. Joy and her husband, Bart, have been married for 40+ years. They have five children and eight grandchildren. She has served in various ministry areas for the past 35+ years.

Lora joined the First Park staff in October 2016. Lora and her husband, Rick, have been married over 30 years and have two boys, Curtis and Alex. She and her family moved to Oklahoma for the second time in 2012 after her husband retired from the U.S. Airforce. Her days are filled with helping our church families, attending her boys various activities, and riding their motorcycle with her husband.

Susie has been serving the church since 1998. She has a daughter and four grandchildren. Susie has a love for anything outdoors, yard work, fishing, and spending time with her family.
